All workshop/courses are tutored by Nicola unless stated otherwise, i.e. a visiting tutor

Re: Covid-19

If a workshop is cancelled as a result of COVID-19 restrictions, your fee will be refunded.

Pease note that if you book accommodation in relation to a workshop/course etc, please ensure that you are able to cancel should the need arise. Simply Stitch cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred with the booking of your accommodation in the event of a workshop cancellation

This will remain in place for the foreseeable time

For single day workshops with Nicola:

All workshops must be paid for in full at time of booking

If you cancel a booking within 4 weeks of the workshop start date no refund or transfer will be given unless we can fill your place from a waiting list.

If you cancel a booking before 4 weeks of the workshop start date, a refund  will be given less a £10 administration fee per person per workshop, or a transfer will be offered

If we cancel a workshop a full refund of monies paid or transfer will be offered

 

For workshops/courses of 2 days or more with Nicola:

All workshops/courses must be paid for in full at time of booking

If you cancel a booking at any time no refund or transfer will be given unless we can fill your place from a waiting list. If we can fill your place from a waiting list, your refund will be subject to a cancellation fee of £10.00 per person per workshop/course

If we cancel a workshop a full refund of monies paid or transfer will be offered

 

For any workshops/courses with visiting tutors:

All workshops must be paid for in full at time of booking

If you cancel a booking at any time no refund or transfer will be given under any circumstances, unless we can fill your place from a waiting list. If we can fill your place from a waiting list, your refund will be subject to a cancellation fee of £15.00 per person

If we cancel a workshop a full refund of monies paid or transfer will be given or a transfer offered

 

Weather conditions re: all workshop/courses

We cannot be held responsible for weather conditions that prevent you from attending any workshop/course that is running.
