Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it within 14 days from receipt.

It must be in its original condition. Please email to inform us of the return and the reason. Please note however, that we not accept returns of fabric, wadding etc. that has been cut to your specific requirements.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, including loss or damage.

If goods are damaged, defective or incorrect on receipt, please email us to advise of the problem. We will discuss arrangements for rectifying the problem. We will refund your delivery charges and the original purchase price of the faulty goods.
