Cancellation Policy
All classes/workshops/courses must be paid for in full at time of booking in order to reserve your place.
We cannot be held responsible for weather conditions that prevent you from attending a class/workshop/course that is running
We cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred with accommodation bookings, in the event of a class/workshop/course cancellation
If you cancel a booking within 4 weeks of the start date no refund or transfer will be given unless we can fill your place from a waiting list.
If you cancel a booking before 4 weeks of the workshop start date, a refund will be given less a £10 administration fee per person per workshop, or a transfer will be offered.
If we cancel a class/workshop/course, a full refund of monies paid or transfer will be offered.
